Risk Assessment and Risk Management Course

The DICES® System for risk assessment and management:
a person-centred risk formulation approach.

This exciting approach is designed for use by whole services and organisations, and is used by over 6,000 mental health professionals.

This empowering course will give you best-practice tools to recognise, assess and manage risks including: suicide, self-neglect, violence and sexual assault. This training gives you APT accreditation in the DICES® System for 3 years, access to online resources similarly, and is easily renewable.

The course is available for teams and individuals and can be attended face-to-face or online - many organisations have multiple courses to train up all relevant personnel. Optionally, suitably qualified professionals in your organisation can also be trained to roll out the course in your organisation, under license.

The risk triad is:

The training is available as a 2-day course (which is suitable for many people), and a 3-day course (which is appropriate for senior personnel or DICES® champions, for whom a greater depth is desirable).
